Ultra Performance Satin Metallic Series are available in several metallic finishes. These products can withstand temperatures in excess of 2000°F ,which surpass all other coating applied using traditional methods. The formula has been proven superior over silicone and aluminum ceramic coatings. In fact, extreme temperatures make the products harder and more abrasion resistant, unlike competitors coatings which can chalk, breakdown and lose adhesion under similar conditions.
Insulkote and Piston Coat are just a few of the thermal barriers we use. These products perform the important function of insulating components that operate at elevated temperatures. Used extensively in the automotive industry, thermal barrier products increase performance, while protecting against heat oxidation, corrosion and reduce costs.
Insulkote reduces heat transfer and protects against damage related to high temperatures of internal and external exhaust systems, automotive firewalls and industrial equipment. Proven to withstand temperatures in excess of 1800°F and reduce radiant temperatures up to 600°F. Insulkote can be used as a base coat to increase heat retention, thus improving performance, horsepower and exhaust
About Piston Coat
Piston Coat is a uniquely designed formula that can withstand the detonation, thermal shock and the elevated temperatures of an internal combustion engine regardless of the type of fuel burned. Piston Coat protects engine components by reducing the temperature of the parts and oil while reducing particulate and emission levels. Piston Coat can also be used as exhaust coating when one of the best in quality is desired.
We offer a large variety of vibrant color coatings that have properties that resist wear, thermal deterioration and UV attack, and are totally resistant to grease, oil, solvents and most industrial chemicals. These finishes are visually appealing and protective, able to resist corrosion and withstand temperatures excess of 1000°F. The coatings are used extensively in the automobile industry and for decorative finishes.
High Temperature Ceramic Coating are currently available in 8 "metallized" finishes.
These coatings have non-polished matte or satin finish.
